If you want to run your own fully fledged vanilla server at home that is as close to the live ones as possible without having to compile and configure everything yourself, this is the repack for you. All of the maps are already extracted and the server is ready for use. However, over time these components wear out and should be replaced to keep your muffler completely packed and flowing as it was designed.This as a complete repack of the open source Light's Hope emulator, with all of its features, including movement maps, anti-cheat protection, multi-language support, progression system, and even an optional custom mall located on gm island made by me. Barker's utilizes a Spec 19 fiber which maintains it's strength at temperatures up to 1400F. Fibers exposed to these high temperatures eventually break down, become brittle, creating small particles that can blow out of the muffler. The engine in your bike or ORV produces an exhaust temperature that exceeds the temperature limits of traditional packing materials.
If your muffler becomes very loud or you hear rattling around inside the can you have completely depleted the internal packing and should not ride the machine until the muffler is repacked with a fresh pillow. It is imperative you do not allow the packing to deplete too far. It is normal for an absorption style high-performance muffler to lose packing but once you lose more than about 10-15% of your packing it will deplete faster and faster since it can now move around in the can. Packing will wear out slowly over time, starting at 100% packed. When you first notice any sign of the packing depleting within the can, it's time for a repack.
The length and time your packing will last will vary depending on how and where you ride. We recommend that you monitor and check the packing in your muffler after every ride. MONITORING & REPACKING YOUR CAN(S) IS VERY IMPORTANT! If your specific model is not listed, please choose "standard repack kit." Again, if you have a dual system, you will need to purchase a quantity of two repack kits. Please choose your model from the drop-down menu. Please note that some systems require a different pillow for the Complete Repack Kit. Core repack install#
Just simply wrap the Replacement Pillow around the SS Fiber Mat and Baffle and install as usual. The SS Fiber Mating can withstand turbulent pressures and extreme temperatures from air, water, and acidic gasses. The High Temp Stainless Steel Fiber Matting will come already placed around your new Inner Core Baffle. Installing the SS Fiber Mating will help to extend the life of your Replacement Pillow and will also act as a filter between your baffle and pillow.
